Questionnaire Purpose

Our pups are family to us, so we ensure they are going to a good home. Before we consider offering you one of our pups, we require you to fill this questionnaire out completely and honestly. We can and will deny sale of our pups fully on our discretion. The more you whine the less likely we will believe the pup would be in good hands with you.
